If you receive foreign tickets, fines or payment demands, please verify that dates match existing rentals, and if it a ticket or just a letter asking for more information. Before you reply, please contact the renter directly. Most renters will be more than willing to aid and cooperate.
If the renter refuses to pay, or cannot accept the ticket, you may contact Out2Camp by mail. Please remember to attach a copy. We will send the copy to the renter as part of our collection process. You are however, responsible for settling the charge in due time in order to avoid extra reminder fees. The renter will be charged a fee from us together with all collection expenses.
